No. JustPayroll has zero monthly fees, zero annual fees, and zero setup costs. You only pay the processing fee when you actually run payroll. If you don't run payroll in a month, you pay nothing.

The processing fee covers the cost of transferring money to each employee's bank account. It's a flat fee per employee based on their salary amount: ₦10 for salaries up to ₦5,000, ₦25 for ₦5,001 to ₦50,000, and ₦50 for salaries above ₦50,000. No hidden markups.

JustPayroll helps you track and record salary deductions (including PAYE tax, pension contributions, and loan repayments) for your accounting purposes. However, we do not remit taxes or make statutory payments on your behalf. The deduction records are for your internal bookkeeping and can be used by your accountant.

If a transfer fails, the processing fee for that transfer is automatically refunded to your wallet. You're never charged for a failed payment.
